Meet the

Founder

Greetings!

Welcome to Think Ahead Academy. My name is Adrianna Brown, I am the founder and CEO of Think Ahead Academy. My passion for Child care and Educating children and adults alike runs deep, I began my child care career in high school where I began working on my associates in Early childhood development in a co-op program, working in a early childhood center half the day as a junior and senior in high school. I continued on my journey as I graduated high school I went on to major in Early Childhood education and graduated with my bachelors from Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. During my journey I continued to work in child care as a teacher, then assistant director at a local child care facility and when my schedule would no longer accommodate that job I was a tutor. After leaving college I worked in a number of Head Start Child Care facilities in addition as a Kindergarten and 1st grade teacher. Needless to say I spent 12 years gaining a wealth of knowledge and professional experience working with children, learning best practice for their growth and development while simultaneously helping get grade school students get on track and ahead with my tutoring service.

We can accomplish this by building a team of teachers, staff, and parents who strive for excellence and to become their best selves and to give children their very best.

The Mission of Think Ahead Academy is to provide the best care, safest environment, and developmentally appropriate curriculum for all children to learn, grow, explore, and demonstrate what they have learned at home.
